This delightful plant is growing in the next field next to a field of sunflowers.
I thought it might be a Dactylorhiza, but the only one that seems similar in the PlantFiles is Dactylorhiza purpurella. However, as far as I can see, this one doesn't have spotted petals.

I think it's probably Anacamptis pyramidalis. (Courtesy of an English lady staying nearby).
