Good morning..I am new to this forum and am looking for an older African Violet called Marium Steele...probably not spelling it correctly but hopefully someone will have a couple of leaves to spare... I am willing to pay at least postage and/or for the leaves.
Thank you
Judy
Looking for an "oldie"
I can't find an A.V. with that name but I found this:
Sherbert (2534) 03/27/1974 (M. Steele/F. Richter) Double lavender two-tone/variable white. Light green, plain. Standard
A hybridizer with a name close to that, not sure what the M. stands for.
Maybe later Lynn will read this and can find something for you. She is a real good "researcher" (grin)
Connie
I think you may be talking about Miriam Steel (2276) 02/24/72 (Eyerdom) Double white frilled
star/some pink. Plain. Standard.
I don't have it,but I will look around.
Lynn
Oh, thank you both...the Miriam Steele #2276 sounds like the one...Yes, if you get a lead, I am definitely interested...would prefer a beginner plant but could work with leaves.
Thanks again,
Judy
Any word/leads on the MS 2276? Thanks for your efforts-all
Judy
Nothing so far.Just others looking for it.
Lynn
Thank you all...
Judy
