How do you find that white feather works for you? Mine is three years old, and has put up a tiny offset.
I think that its larger neighbors are cutting off its sun. It's beginning to turn brown on the older leaves, and the part that still seem healthy is beginning to turn green, like it's supposed to.
I think I should move it, but will I do more harm than good?
White feather Hosta
Oh. and all of the strap like leaves in the bed are daffodil leaves I've left to feed the bulbs so that I get a great display next year, as usual.
I don't have 'White Feather' but I do have 'Outhouse Delight' and a seedling from OD that behaves just like it, though it's larger. I think you have to enjoy the white leaves while you've got them and accept that they will turn brown around the time you get a second flush of growth. Also, neither of mine are growing quickly, which one might expect in a plant that has no chlorophyll at first.
