Rain rain go away and I want orange rose bush

My yard is like soggy bottoms. I think I have gotten enough finally.
Does anyone know where I should look for a light orange rose bush? Mine died after Irene .I still haven dug it up but I need to face the fact its gone.

I love my Joseph's Coat. Pretty shades of orange and it blooms until frost. I purchased mine from Lowe's.
