I am doing a bit better today. I did not have to take any pain pills today. But upset with the Dr.'s, as they called and told me they have the referral ready, but they can not get me to the specialist till mid August! But they will keep me in mind if they get a cancellation!

I don't know about the fish in the lake Jaye. I see plenty of people (residents) fishing there but I haven't caught any. Wait....I guess I have to try catching them first, don't I.

Ohh Jaye, you are describing your dream trip and here I'm taking it in end of July..now if my car wasn't full I'd pick you up, what fun we'd have in New Orleans..we fren bond easily with Cajun, think because our Canadian went down and intermixed. Lol. See might be some of my ancestors from Acadia.

Have probably most of my stuff ready for the swap, so I need to get it boxed up.

Got home last night and DH had the truck stuck in the field, so we spent alot of the evening getting it out. Oh yeah, more on the well pump, I have a sneaking idea someone left the water running Saturday evening when we left home and the pump being old it sort of couldn't handle it, DH said when he went outside on Sunday morning it sounded like a tractor running and it is in a pit that is good 5 ft deep with a lid! Glad it wasn't me who did it...rofl... ;)

Happ , I have diverticulitis and it decided to flare up really bad about 3 weeks ago. I went to the ER, and they had to give me 3 shots of morphine to get the pain level back down. Send me home with 10 days of antibiotics, then another 10 days, now on my 3 set of antibiotics. I called my Dr to get a referral to San Antonio for a specialist, and I can't get in till mid August!

Jax, that brewery has been transformed into a shopping center. You didn't lose it, which is much more worse than just a hops joint!

Definitely Betty. And we'll swing to my old Cajun home.. just about 2 hours drive from N.O. There's the original Mulatte's where you could "chank-a-chank".

Same here Joyce. It frightened us when we notice anything leaking! First thing we'd do is to turn off the pump!!
We'd have to switch to a bigger capacity pump as this old thing could only handle so few gallons per minute. Can't be bathing.. run the diswhasher or the washing machine at the same time. When I'll be watering, Kel would run out of the house screaming for me to turn off the water so he could complete his shower!! Lol!!

This has been a productive day. Finally decided on the pattern, and happily cutting away the components! Hoping to finish this tonight since I'm on a roll!
