I have had this climber in my garden now for two years. It has not bloomed since planted. However it does get the full sun. Everyone elses is now in bloom at this time of year,what am I doing wrong or what do I need to do that I haven't done?

When you posted this in May, Judith, it was too early to be in bloom. August is Pyrostegia time e.g. right now. Here's one down the road from me in Sydney - looks great. Don't despair though if it hasn't bloomed this year. Rake some blood and bone into the top soil twice a year - its slow release so will continue to feed it slowly.
