I posted this on the ID forum, too.
This plant grows here in a edge of wood shady setting. It is blooming now. Seems one bloom per plant. Tallest plant 2 1/2 feet most 12-18 inches. Note blue leaf margins. Inconspicuous except when in flower. Same two small patches last four years so doesn't seem to be spreading. Woody. pyramidal form. Leaf size inch and a half.

Looks somewhat like a Mapleleaf Viburnum. I'm not 100% sure about that though.
Vibernum Valley thinks that's what it is, too but that it is so small because it is growing in very poor soil.
