One of my orchids has developed 3 Keiki (babies) on the bloom stems. At first I thought they were going to rebloom, so imagine my surprise when the 1st one started to open up and reveal leaves instead of petals. According to my research, I should be able to separate them from the mother plant in about 6 months. You can see the largest of them is already starting to develop a root.
