I received a very healthy seed grown plant last spring and it had a very small trap on it so had no idea what it would look like (not many PICs of this cross on the WWW )
Very pleased with what it's becoming !

Looks like I just talk to myself here ! LOL
Anyway here's a new NEP ( Song of Melancholy ) Can't wait to see if I was sent a solid peristome or a candy stripe .
The leaves are really that color.

LOL! This group can go through quiet times, VERY nice plant! A lot of Sun causes the red leaves.

It's a candy-stripe ( Song of Melancholy ) ! No surprise as Leilani never sends me junk. My collection would be so boring without their hybrids . As a NEWBEE a year ago I'd write paranoid E-mails about the plants I ordered from them being afraid they would not grow for me in my zone and always received a reassuring reply that they would and they do!
Can't wait to see the peristome color up.

Must be nice to grow them outdoors. They have such beautiful variations among the species and hybrids.
