i love cherries and have found very little selection in the stores.
have you seen or tried any of the varieties? Panama city beach,FL. the best part of florida.

No, I haven't grown cherry trees here, but wish I could find a tart and a sweet that would do well here. We only have 700 chill hours here and they require 900 or more hours.

we would probably have the same problem in Georgia. They were apparently developed at the Univ. of Saskatchewan, they have lots of chill days.there are a number of market gardens in Ga. perhaps they sell them.If i hear anything i will contact you.

I will contact my friend at the univ. possibly Ga. would be cold enough.
