Looking for best way to organize bubble mailers /electronics

Seems like I've collected (nay, hoaded) at least 2-3 dozen bubble mailers.
I only use one or two a month, at best, varying sizes; seem to receive at least one a month.
Time to toss them? I don't know if they can be recycled ~ as in donate so someone else can use,
but don't really want to take the time to remove my name and address off each one.

Maybe I should make a post here somewhere to see if someone wants them?

also have a "hoard" of power cords, chargers, USB cables, etc. for previous cell phones (mostly).
we DO hang on to our older cell phones, as backups--and they have really come in handy!!

need a better way to store all this stuff than a drawer; the phones are in their original boxes, but the cables won't all fit in the box (you know how you buy a car charger separately, etc.)

suggestions??
