Basement Wall Outlets aren't working anymore

I really hope someone can help me with this - the silly things (3 of them) worked fine - I went away for a business conference and when I got back, they didn't work! I've gone to the fusebox and tried that - no luck. I do have lights, furnace fan, washer/dryer and everything else - just these wall outlets not working suddenly.

Do I need to switch off the main house breaker and see what that does??
