Bernina 830E Anyone own one?

Is there anyone here that has this machine, and if so, do you have problems with it? Mine is about 8 months old, been in the shop lots of times, been sent back to Bernina once, and still the problem isn't resolved. The bobbin thread isn't picked up when the machine cuts it, and also when threading needle the tail left isn't long enough to pick it up either Just wondering if anyone else has had the problems, and what was done to fix it?
