I have the beautiful iris called Rare Treat.
I like to photograph my flowers in Sheri's healing flower garden
to take to cheer shut ins and share with others..
I am looking for 3 bearded iris perhaps in bi colors , large blocky
ruffled flowers with strong stems that stand erect ...
I do not want to stake the iris stems.
I do not like tan or the muted colors..
I looked at Above the Clouds, High Master, Double Bubbles, Featured attraction, Astro Blue , Final Decision, love the azure blues and bi tones..
Color me blue, I need 3 showstoppers..
I have noticed that the photos on the sellers sites do not seem to be nearly as pretty and colorful in members gardens..in reality..
and I have looked at many that are 40 inches that are just huge 6 by 4 blooms ruffled but won't they all have to be staked
usually?
So that leaves me in the 36 inch range in height needed, right?
I am not lazy I have been online for weeks and have looked and looked.
I would appreciate your help those of you who love the showstoppers
and love strong stems and like to just gaze at their beauty.
It is raining today and I went out with love and put a beach umbrella over my
showstopping Rare treat group of iris in bloom! LOL
