Planting Daylily seed in ground in Ohio

Hamilton, OH(Zone 6a)

I have some daylily seed left over I did not plant this winter. Has anyone ever tried to plant daylily seed in the garden in Ohio? Is there anyone that can help?

go ahead and plant it now. Plant it about 1-2 inches apart. After it comes up and gets some size to the plant you can move it to a seedling bed with a little more space between the plants until they bloom. Most seedling beds have the plants 6-12 inches apart.

Janet, Thank you! I will go a head and get them in the ground.
