I have started some coleus from seed. They have just came up..How
long till I get a decent sized plant out of them?? Any ideas??

These coleus, raised from seed, were about a month old when the photo was taken.
By "decent size plants" do you mean about a foot wide and tall? If so, I'd say July.
they take a long time to size up, but once they do, they're unstoppable.
