Chinese Forget-Me-Not

Tobyhanna, PA(Zone 5a)

Hi all,

Do chinese-forget-me not seeds need Light or Dark to germinate?

Florissant, MO

Chinese Forget-Me-Not (Cynoglossum amabile) should be surface sowed or cover very lightly, with Vermiculite, because they do need light to germinate. They take about two weeks to germinate I think.

Thanks for the info, Art. :-)

By now, you might have found out that Chinese forget-me-not has a tendency to become invasive, or at least mine was. I ripped it out because it was choking other plants. Hated it!
