Here's a couple pictures of my plants waking up.
Two are ahead of all the rest. The acer palmatum 'First Ghost' and another locally named 'Coral Morn'.

beautiful picture of koto-no-ito and of the flowers on first ghost - do not remember flowers on the one here and will have to keep them in mind.

Wish I could remember the name of this. It's a very upright grower, and the close up is a good picture of the new growth. The leaves are tiny.

first ghost always looks great in the spring! moved mine last year for more protection from the sun hope is does well through the summer. attaryi is a keeper got a large one last year, it is nicer than acontifolium in my opinion.
