another great show at Hagley park in Christchurch New Zealand...
there were critics who felt there were too many commercial sites & not enough display gardens.
But the sad fact of it is that without the commercial sites there would be no display...
so I think the organisers got the balance as good as they could manage.
there was a competition going on through the show - it was really interesting to compare the different takes on the set tasks.One was a 1920's bridal theme - fused with a modern influence.
some of the displays showed so much promise, I would have loved to have seen all the finished tasks.
