My question concerns a Sony mp3 player. My husband has severe tinnitus (Noise in his head) and has to wear earplugs that play music or noise all day. He has a Sony mp3 player and has loaded some rain sounds from my computer, but the volume won't go loud enough to be helpful. Is there any way to increase the volume level before loading? Of course when it plays on the computer the volume can be increased, but I haven't been able to increase to load. Any help will be much appreciated. Tinnitus has no cure, or even any help, but millions of people suffer from it.
