Before you do, have you checked import regulations? Intercontinental transport of live plant material other than seeds is generally prohibited, for obvious plant health reasons.

I have a seed import license but most collectors find that it is too much work to follow what they want. I just want to trade some named cuttings with some with collectors. I have several types to offer. Many of my collector friends send the cuttings as wood carvings. We clean then and see that they are insect free and safe to ship.
Oleander are very big with collectors in Europe.
Many people may want seed but I have no desire to grow them as it take a few years for them to flower.
