What setting do I have to change to make it accept my system?

I also can't download photos to my new laptop since it gives me a message that something is wrong with my F drive. I have no idea what an F drive is, where it is, what it does or how to restore it. This is a brand new Toshiba laptop.

Thanks for any help you can give me.
