Anyone got any ideas on how to get rid of a squirrel. I have a squirrel that will not leave the tree in the yard. So far there is only one, but I'm afraid that more will come. Any ideas. Thank you.

Start feeding it. Then, one day he'll get hold of an alleged "bad peanut" and keel over. Just make sure only the squirrel can get to, and eat, said imaginary bad peanut.
Squirrels are basically tree rats, if you ask me. Big Box stores sell rodent eliminator; no prescription needed, no questions asked. The end justifies the means and if anyone asks, I was never here. As a matter of fact, what is this Dave's Garden you refer to?
