I love fall,the colors here in Maine are just beautiful.This is just the begining,this morning I looked out the window and the fog is hanging over the top of the trees and the trees are starting to turn colors,I am so blessed to live here.The weather is cooler and and the chickens like it. Just wanted to share with you.

All around me there is color,I love it!I used to hate fall when I was younger because I knew winter was comming,but now I just enjoy every season.
It took me a long time to really appreciate fall because, as a child I hated the end of summer vacation and the beginning of school. Now I love the cooler, less humid weather. We don't get much fall color here, usually - except the poison ivy which puts on quite a show. However it is the best season for planting most things so that is another attraction.

Ooh, too bad, but also beautiful. I guess you got a short fall. We haven't had fall yet; it's still 85 - 90 here every day.
Tomorow 63 they say,chickens will not come out of the coop.Will have to go put straw down for them.
