Better Bush picked today. Lovely tomatoes on a short stocky plant which is perfect for a container. Mine is in one. Produces well but the tomatoes have no flavor. Will not be planting them again next year.
Better Bush bland tomatoes
I agree with you.
I did try Better Bush my first year and I didn't care much for its taste or production.
I am already dreaming of 2013 tomato season.
Right now I am using all of those tomatoes I have frozen and canned. They are so yummy !
I bought the Better Bush because it was such a great looking plant. It continued to be a great looking plant, desease free and mine produced well. Very short and stocky. Produces good sized perfect looking tomatoes. If only they had some taste!
They are still producing. I picked five nice sized tomatoes off my one BETTER BUSH plant today.
