I friend has this flower , any idea of name ?
Sorry his shot not mine and I don't know what leaves look like . His Mom liked it , saved seeds , but they did not come up .

Tony - If the folks here on the Fragrant Forum can't ID it...maybe try the ID forum. Was this a flower in CA? Do you have any other info on it...i.e. height - bloom time etc
He took the shot last year when visiting his mother . all he could remember was is was smaller than stock [ flower name ] He thought the stem was a yellowish color .
I did not know there was an ID forum and will look for it now .

Looks like a blue salvia (a little late, but better than no).
