TOMATO CONTEST IN OMAHA ON SEPTEMBER 1
Is that a tomato growing contest or a tomato eating contest because I can eat the heck out of a tomato!? It looks like a growing contest, dangit! I don't know if the Omaha area has been as dry and hot as here but it couldn't have been much different, even to get a tomato I think one would've had to be handy with a hose.
It's a growing contest. Right now, we're expecting at least 30 entries, perhaps as many as 50.
BUT . . . when the judges finish, the public gets to taste all the entries!
