Meet 'Pale Orange'!!!

SOUTH HAMILTON, MA

I got this from Lynch Creek dahlias, and their web site picture was ridiculously pretty. Surely it couldn't look like that in reality! My only complaint is that it's facing in the wrong direction! Plus they obviously stayed up nights coming up with the name...

So pretty!

Very pretty, Melissa. You'd think they could have put more energy into finding a better name for it.

I love it! Talk about 'damned with faint praise' for a name ---- Gorgeous!!

I vote for Strawberry Sherbet as a name.

LOL- faint praise- I forgot about that! Love the expression.
I think it should be named for those orange popsicles- what are they called? Creamsicles? They always had them at the corner stores growing up...
Oh, I caught a grasshopper hiding out in Monet Glory!:

I think I like Creamsicle better. Plus they were a favorite ice cream. We got them in little dixie cups with a wooden spoon. Adorable pic with grasshopper.

Is that the same one I called Strawberry Sherbet? It looks more salmon today so I'll agree with Creamsicle. We used to buy them on a stick, like Fudgesicles. Love the most recent photo.

I'm going to email Lynch Creek!

I just love the color of that dahlia. Creamsicle works better for a name for me too!
