Plants for Dog to nibble on

My dog likes to nibble on my plants. Sunflowers, catnip, and some soft grasses. Anyone know what other plants I can plant (zone 7) that she can safely eat. Especially some evergreen for the winter. She gets good quality food, so it is not a deficiency. Thanks.
