Anyone know where I can mail order one of these? I would appreciate it. I have mention of it in various places, but so far no luck with nurseries. I still have to wade through another zillion pages on google, though.

Mary Margaret is a pretty common rhodo. I would suggest you call around to the local garden shops and see if they have it in stock still, if they do it should be discounted as high as 50% off. A good shop will check for you. RareFind Nursery is very expensive and I would use it as a last resort for something that you simply can't find anywhere else and must have.
Also check with your local American Rhododendron Society (ARS). Here is a list of chapters, they will at least know of local growers and places to buy. http://www.rhododendron.org/locations.htm
