Does anyone know the name of this Tropical Hibiscus? I've been trying to find it with no luck.

ID'ing Hibiscus cultivars can be tricky--first because there are so many of them, and secondly because colors can vary depending on weather/climate conditions (I've seen the same cultivar look very different color in colder weather vs middle of summer, and in pictures taken by someone in FL vs what mine look like here in CA, etc)
Ain't that the truth - same problem with roses. At first I thought it was the double orange until further, closer inspection revealed the red center. I've been camping out on hibiscus sites looking at pictures .. haven't seen a double orange/yellow with a red center yet. Thanks for the efforts tho!
