COOKING FOR A PERSON W/ GOUT

Anyone have tried and true ideas for meals for persons w/ gout? I have a dear sweet friend who has been diagnosed w/ gout. she lives alone. I want to prepare her some soup and ? to freeze in dinner size portions.
