This man was little known outside of Texas, apparently, as I have posted on many book search sites for several years, to no avail. I would like to discuss any of Carroll Abbott's work, including his little monthly newsletters. I am also interested in other books about Texas and Louisiana wildflowers. The field guides are great, especially anything with good photos and directions for growing, propagating, seed collecting.
