Richmond Area Daylily Society show

La Plata, MD(Zone 7a)

One of the clubs we belong to had its annual show today. Most of the members display their daylilies on scape, but they also have an offscape class which is what we entered. We were most pleased to win four purple ribbons and nine blues. One of ours won best in show for off scape blooms. It was Meaningful Gesture by Peat.

Thanks! One of the neat thing about Purple Cheetah is the way the bloom varies so much from day to day.

Horse Cave, KY

Congratulations! I know that the gardener enjoys the pleasures of the blooms, but it's always nice when someone else thinks they are fantastic too.
