There are some interesting gardens at The Fens area in Boston. People rent garden spaces and there are a lot of fairy type gardens and spots with plants that look like theyve been there for many years. Some are well tended, some are not. Some are rather whimsical. I liked the one complete with old style telephone... For the faeries I suppose....
I like the idea of renting gardening space when space is at a premium.
Not sure if I could afford a space at the Fens. Fortunately we are allowed to freely plant where we rent.
