Almost missed the move over ..

Am up to my neck in entertaining, find it tiring, but satisfying ..
Weather has been good, but, construction and repairs on the washouts are impeading travel . many detours to take .. makes the ride into the city a bit more interesting ..

Off to bed .. have been up since 5am .. and .. another early day tomorrow.

Another day down and another lunch and dinner .. tomorrow I get a day off from cooking .. the dogs need to be taken in to be groomed, so Lorna will stay here with her parents and Gord and I will take Lilly and Piper in .. I have some shopping to do .. then we'll pick up Swiss Chalet for supper ... YAY !!!

Still hearing many heart wrenching stories re the flood and properties lost in basements .. makes us give thanks we only lost our driveway and some of the veg garden !!
