I live in Zone 7. My Little Gem magnolia has sick looking leaves (see picture). It's not bushy in the middle from about midway down to the ground, but above that, it's pretty full. I have compacta hydrangea on both sides of it, and it is placed about 5 feet from my house. We have had the tree for nine years.
Any help identifying the problem would be appreciated.
