My Little Lizard friend!

Central Texas, TX(Zone 8b)

This little guy or gal keeps hanging around my patio eating bugs. Which is a good thing, but I don't know what type of lizard this is. Anyone know?

Looks like it may be a Eastern Fench Lizard which is a common species here in North Carolina. Check Google to see if you have them in Texas.

We get Texas Spiny Lizards in south Texas...looks like yours.

Check out one of our local's photos of reptiles for south Texas. Scroll down to Texas Spiny Lizard? They range from yellowish brown to brown to fray and almost black.
