Tree ID please - thought this was an Eastern Redbud :(

DeLand, FL(Zone 9b)

This is an 8 year old tree that I've babied since it was a berry dropped into my garden by a bird. I've anxiously awaited a flush of pink blooms. It finally bloomed.....yellow :( Now, I have no idea what I have growing in my garden, and would greatly appreciate any help in ID-ing, especially since we are in the process of underplanting it.

Will try to upload additional images as comments - DG is having trouble uploading all at once for me.

Many thanks!
Emma :)

Other than being limbed up a bit once a year, this is the natural shape of the tree.

It looks like a Ginko biloba tree to me.

No, leaves are the wrong shape for Ginkgo.

I should've mentioned that I was living in Columbia SC when it first came my way. Not sure it that's an important piece of info?

Well, that's very sad news :( Looks like we're going to have to cut the pretty thing down since it's a category 1 invasive here in FL. Thank you so much for the ID on it, growin!
