Rhapidophyllum hystrix (Needle Palm) problem

Hi, i'm a bit worried about my palm. After winter it looked pretty good but now tips are turning black, some pale beige and there is little brown stains on leafs... Is it normal ? Anyone has experience with those ? Images below
