XEROX PHASER 6130 COLOR PRINTER NOT PRINTING CYAN

Hi, everyone.

My Xerox Phaser 6130 color printer stopped printing cyan. One day, it was working fine and then: Bazinga!

Thinking the cartridge was empty, I got a new one. The cartridge shows as full in the printer's display window. It still doesn't print cyan. Has anyone ever had that problem, where one cartridge's toner just doesn't make it from the cartridge on to the paper? Can there be a blockage between the cartridge and the imager?

I am quite handy and I'd like to attempt to fix the problem myself because, as you probably all know, money doesn't grow on trees.

Any input will be greatly appreciated. I searched the internet and tried to find the service manual used by printer repair technicians, to no avail.
