Last freeze date?

I live in north central Mass and am new to my town. Anyone know the last freeze date in northern Worcester County?

I know, I know, it can vary from valley to valley, let alone hill to dale ... So, some general dates, please. When is your last freeze date usually?

hi brrrann - live a couple towns away - usually the last freeze date is in mid-may - we usually plant the veggie garden around memorial day. although i know some who plant a week or so earlier.

I normally aim for May 15th as my transplant date but always check the weekly forecast before making the final determination. But being as everything in the garden was killed by snow before Halloween this year.... who knows!
