Looks like Red-shafted Flicker (Colaptes cafer) since moustache is red.as well as underside of tail feathers.

This is a hi-bred Northern Flicker, note the red nape, there is none in the Red-shafted, we have quite a variety with the mixed breeding of the red and yellow in our area.
