I have flower's blooming now. they are not suppose to come up for at least another month. I still have the bagworms on my pine tree, and the tree service said I was to late last year to get rid of them and now they are saying I'm to early. When is the best time to get rid of them?

You can do a dormant spray now, before the eggs hatch and retreat in June with BT
