I used to have lots of crocus but since all the gardenbed redos, I just don't have many anymore. I have decided I definately am going to plants lots and lots of them this fall.
Crocus are blooming.
They are really bautiful. I am sorry to hear that some of them don't come back any more.
Do you ever fertilize them?
No, I never fertilized the crocus. But really they are dying out because of all the gardenbed redos. All the digging and doing. Will just plant more.
It is really nice today and more crocus are open in the warm sunshine.
My crocus are pretty much done with all this warm weather! Your blue flower looks like a 'glory of the snow'.

I have been studding the crocus at Scheepers and have decided on what I will be ordering in crocus for planting this fall.

Leave room for your Iris Reticulata! Those crocus will be gorgeous next year!
I am. I figgured out a place to plant the IR. I am going to put Fruit Punch poppies along a small garden section skinny bed and then plant the IR between them. I will leave room. Then fill in with some type of small growing annuals for the rest of the year.
