Is pineapple too much like citrus -- extreme moderation required, or do our pet worms like pineapple? Anyone know?

I know they would like it but it would change the pH in the bin. I tend to stay away from any citrus, onions and any high acid count foods just to be on the safe side.
That is my 2 cents!
