Internet Explorer encountered a problem & must close

I am getting that message when I go from site to site and close down. sometimes I get a 2nd message re: the webpage was restored. This started about 2 weeks ago. I have done a bit of research and disabled add-ons but not resolved.
Also attempted to remove script debugging but that is not an option I could find.
