Avast! easy pass

I have avast virus protection and ordered easy pass because I thought it was further security. WRONG!! It is a place to keep passwords and I do not need it. You have to have 3 or 4 passwords to work it, and one is a master pass word. I can never get to the easy pass passwords because there is something wrong with it and it won't take my Master pass word. I have been in touch with the Avast! people in India and they keep telling me things to try,and none work. Has anyone done business with this company? It expires in November and I will be rid of it. But...I hate to not be able to use something I bought. Yes, BOUGHT. If anyone can give me tips, I would appreciate it. Luciee {;^)
