My cannas have all died back - can I move them elsewhere now or must I wait until spring?

You can move them now if you leave bulbs in the ground all year where you are.
Or spring.
ive got most of my cannas dug now.. wow..even though was a tough yr..HOT/DRY..
ive dug some very nice sized corms.. YEA !!!

Too dry and hot for us this year, also. But they still did quite well, too.
Cannas are tough plants :)
i agree abutilon.. i think if i watered my cannas more during the
summer..they could get huge.. i have to work on being a better
plant parent..:)
so far..pretty warm winter here.. getting rain tonite..
if doesnt get to cold in jan ..im putting up the cold frame and get some
lettuce started..
