I always want to leave my plants out as much as possible, and the plants seem to appreciate it for the most part, too.
Now nights in the high 30s are forecast but the wind chill will be below 32.
Does anyone know what temperature the water inside the plants' cells will perceive it to be?
Do plants freeze according to ambient temp. or wind chill?

Read this information - it should help.
That's exactly what I needed to know!
Thanks so much.
